Fran Victor

President & Executive Producer
Fran Victor is an award-winning video producer and writer, specializing in strategy-driven video production and writing.  Fran started her career at WXYZ-TV in the news division as a writer, assignment editor and producer, later moving to programming as one of the originating producers of a popular daytime talk show.  Fran started her own production company, Victor/Harder Productions, which later grew into Evolution Media. 

As President and Executive Producer, Fran has traveled the globe, producing creative and compelling broadcast television, documentaries, health and medical education, public service announcements and marketing videos.  From Vietnam to Africa to Europe to South America and throughout the United States, Fran’s work has moved people to action and collected more than 50 national awards along the way, including multiple EMMY Awards, CINE Golden Eagles and Freddie Awards, the “Oscar” of the National Health Medical Film Festival, as well as over 40 national TELLY Awards.

In addition to her video work, Fran has worked as a development professional for several non-profit organizations with budgets in excess of $20 million. Her success as a fundraiser, live event producer and campaign coordinator has helped raise millions of dollars for community organizations, including the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, North Star Reach (a SeriousFun camp) and Gesher Family Services.
